Pickup & Delivery Details

We want your Royals Hot Chicken order to arrive hot, fresh, and just the way you like it. Here’s what you should know before placing an order online:

Pickup

• Pickup is the most reliable way to ensure your food is hot and handled exactly how we intended.

• Just place your order online, head to our location, park on the street, skip the line and head to the back register closest to the kitchen to pickup your order.

Delivery

• Delivery is available directly through our online ordering platform, fulfilled by Uber Eats.

• Please note: once your order leaves our location, it’s in the hands of an Uber Eats driver.

  • While convenient, delivery quality and timeliness can vary since it’s handled by a third party. For the most reliable experience, we recommend pickup whenever possible.

  • We cannot provide status updates once the driver departs. For updates, you’ll need to check the Uber Eats tracking link.

Large Orders ($250+)

• Online orders over $250 require in-store approval at our POS terminal before being sent to the kitchen.

• If an order is not approved within 5 minutes, you’ll automatically receive an email advising you to call the restaurant to confirm and check in.

• This step helps us ensure accuracy and freshness for big catering-style orders.
