How to Order
Choose your pack – Pick between the 10 Tender Pack, 25 Tender Party Pack, or the 10 Slider Pack (or mix and match).
Select your heat levels – Each pack comes with 1-2 heat levels of your choice.
Add half-gallon sides – Choose from our classic sides.
Place your order – Orders can be placed online or by phone.
We ask for 24 hours’ notice for catering orders.
Pickup is available at Royals Hot Chicken.
Delivery is also available directly through our online ordering platform and fulfilled by UberEats. While many guests find this convenient, the quality and timeliness of delivery can vary since it’s handled by a third party. For the most reliable experience, we recommend pickup whenever possible.
Large Online Orders: Orders over $250 require approval at the restaurant’s POS terminal before they are sent to the kitchen. If an order is not approved within 5 minutes, the guest will automatically receive an email advising them to call the restaurant to confirm and check in.
